Congratulations to Mrs. deMarrais on her well-deserved Teacher of the Year Award for the 2025-2026 school year! She has had a tremendous impact on her students and her colleagues over her 15 years as part of the River Dell Family. We wish her well in retirement following this school year!
The Art Honor Society members recently visited the Morris County School of Glass to create glass art and learn how to blow glass!
In January, RDMS students took the American Math Competition, AMC8. The AMC 8 is a 25-question mathematics exam designed to promote the development of problem-solving skills. It provides an opportunity for students to develop positive attitudes towards analytical thinking and mathematics. Students apply classroom skills to unique problem-solving challenges. Congrats to the Environmental Club and Ms. Valorani for putting together an amazing 3 on 3 tournament at RDMS! Shout out to our RDHS referees for volunteering their time! All proceeds went to research for Childhood Cancer!
RDMS visits to the elementary schools were completed today! It was so nice to meet our incoming Class of 2032! We look forward to seeing everyone this summer as we approach the start of the 2026-2027 school year!

River Dell Middle School musicians performed beautifully for their classmates this morning at the Winter Concert Assembly!
The River Dell Middle School Interact Club, led by advisors Ms. Armen (far left) and Ms. Rivas (second from left), recently partnered with PaperPie, to run a toy drive for the pediatric unit at Hackensack hospital. Toys and donations were collected at the middle school as well as at a recent RDHS football game!
