All students are required to submit annual forms annually in Community Pass.

Community Pass .and laptop fee of $75.00 for High school and $50.00 for Middle School

If your student participates in a sport, intramurals, club, music, please choose the option to include activity fee from the drop-down menu through Community Pass. Your student will not be able to participate in any activity fee is not included.

Required forms are listed below by the grade your student is entering.

All optional forms are listed by the grade students are entering in the fall.  Please be mindful of which forms are to be completed, and which are to be downloaded, printed out, and returned to school. Forms must be completed, and payments received in Community Pass prior to the start of the upcoming school year.
